  • Destination Info:
    • Destination Name: This is how the destination will be named and referred to in to the app going forward. It is helpful to make this name “marketer friendly” so everyone on your team knows it’s purpose.
    • Sync Frequency: This is the default frequency audiences will be synced to a destination. Marketers can always change the frequency of an export to Tealium, but this sets the default.
  • Credentials:
    • Account: The name of your Tealium account. It can be found in the URL you use to access Tealium.
    • Profile: The name of your Tealium profile. It can be found or created as follows:
      1. Click Manage Profiles to open the dialog.
      2. On the left, click + Add to open the Create Profile dialog.
      3. Enter a name (up to 50 characters) using only a-z, 0-9, ".", and "-".
      4. Use the + button to add more profile names if needed.
      5. Select items in Copy Elements From to transfer to the new profile.
      6. Click Create Profile to finalize.
    • Data source key: The data source key from Customer Data Hub. You can find it by following these steps:
      1. Navigate to the Sources section in the sidebar and select Data Sources.
      2. Click on the name of the specific data source you want to use. This will expand the details for that data source.
      3. Within the expanded view, locate the field labeled Data Source Key. The value displayed in this field is your unique data source key.
  1. Go ahead and select Create, and we’ll validate we have all the proper permissions to load audience data to Tealium. You should now see Tealium in your list of connected destinations!
