The GrowthLoop platform was designed to query your data in place, so your data never leaves your data cloud. Meaning, we avoid storing any of your data in our platform.

  • Query in Place: GrowthLoop queries your data cloud directly, and you can provide a cloud bucket to store any exports so no data is stored on GrowthLoop infrastructure.
  • Bring your own Export Storage: The GrowthLoop platform stores some data in storage buckets to route data to the marketing platform or power other features like debug logs. Your team has control over whether you choose to use a GrowthLoop-managed storage bucket or bring your bucket (BYOB).
  • SOC 2 Compliant: GrowthLoop is SOC2 Type 2 certified and we will continue to maintain and be audited by third-party auditors regularly.
