Use Adobe Audience Manager (AAM) as a GrowthLoop destination to export Audiences as onboarding files in your Adobe-provisioned Amazon S3 bucket. Adobe picks up the files from S3 and loads them into Audience Manager.

Prerequisites

Before you connect Adobe Audience Manager to GrowthLoop, make sure you have:

• An Adobe Audience Manager account with onboarding configured for S3 delivery.
• Your Adobe Partner Name.
• An Adobe-provisioned S3 bucket, AWS Region, and IAM role details from your Adobe onboarding team.
• AWS Access Key and AWS Access Secret with permission to write to the bucket.
• AWS Role ARN and Adobe Provisioned Role ARN required for cross-account access.
• A device or user identifier column in your warehouse that maps to one supported AAM global ID type.

Note

Each export supports exactly one match field. Choose the identifier type that matches how Adobe onboarded your data source (for example GAID, IDFA, or UUID).

Supported match fields

GrowthLoop supports the following Adobe Audience Manager global ID types:

• Unique User ID (UUID)
• Android ID (GAID)
• iOS ID (IDFA)
• Roku ID (RIDA)
• Microsoft ID (MAID)
• Samsung Tizen ID (TIFA)
• LG webOS TV ID (LGUDID)
• Vizio ID (IFA)
• Amazon Fire TV ID

Set up destination

1. In GrowthLoop, navigate to Destinations in the left sidebar.
2. Click New Destination in the upper right corner.
3. Search for Adobe Audience Manager and click Add Adobe Audience Manager.
4. Enter the following destination details:
   1. Destination Name: A clear name your team will recognize.
   2. Sync Frequency: Default export frequency for audiences sent to AAM.
   3. Partner Name: Your Adobe Audience Manager partner name.
   4. Bucket: The Adobe-provisioned S3 bucket name.
   5. AWS Region: The AWS region for the bucket.
   6. AWS Role ARN: The IAM role ARN GrowthLoop should assume to write files.
   7. Adobe Provisioned Role ARN: The Adobe-provided role ARN for onboarding.
   8. AWS Access Key and AWS Access Secret: Credentials with write access to the bucket.
5. Click Create. GrowthLoop validates the S3 connection before saving the destination.

Export to destination

1. Navigate to Audiences in the left sidebar.
2. Open the Audience you want to export and click Export.
3. Select your Adobe Audience Manager destination.
4. Under Configure Match Field Settings, map one supported identifier column to the corresponding AAM global ID type.
5. Configure export settings (one-time or ongoing) and click Export.

GrowthLoop writes onboarding files to your S3 bucket. Adobe processes new files on its normal ingestion schedule.

Find your audience in Adobe Audience Manager

1. Log in to Adobe Audience Manager.
2. Open the onboarding or data source area configured for your S3 delivery.
3. Confirm the latest file drop from GrowthLoop and verify segment membership after Adobe ingestion completes.
