The Metrics Builder lets you define the KPIs you care about and track them across your audiences and campaigns -- directly on top of your data cloud. There are no data pipelines to build, no engineering tickets to file. Point GrowthLoop at the numbers that matter to your business and start using them right away.

How it works

A metric points GrowthLoop at a numeric value in your data cloud -- like revenue, purchase count, or engagement score. GrowthLoop reads the value in place, so no data is ever copied or moved out of your warehouse. Once created, the metric is available across the platform for tracking, reporting, and decisioning.

Key concepts

ConceptDescription
Customer MetricA pre-computed value that already exists per customer in your data (e.g., lifetime value score, loyalty tier). GrowthLoop reads it as-is.
Aggregated MetricRaw event data (e.g., individual purchases) that GrowthLoop rolls up per customer using a calculation method you choose -- total, average, count, min, or max.
