Criteo: Commerce Grid

Use GrowthLoop audiences for Criteo Commerce Grid data-provider segments.

Connect this destination to export audience membership as a Commerce Grid contact list segment, for use as a data-provider audience.

This destination writes to your Criteo Commerce Grid account and is a good fit when you want to:

  • Match contacts on email, a mobile ad ID, LiveRamp Identity Link, or customer ID
  • Use a Criteo account set up for data-provider audiences

This destination is separate from Criteo: Commerce Growth. If you activate in retail media, use Criteo: Retail Media.

Prerequisites

Make sure you have:

  • A Criteo Commerce Grid account with permission to manage audience segments.
  • Your Data Provider Account ID from HomeDataData Providers in Commerce Grid.
  • A Criteo user in the Admin role to approve OAuth access.

Set up Criteo Commerce Grid as a destination

  1. In GrowthLoop, click the Destinations tab on the left sidebar.
  2. Click New Destination in the upper right corner.
  3. Search for Criteo: Commerce Grid and click Add Criteo: Commerce Grid.
  4. Complete the Criteo OAuth consent flow and sign in with an Admin user.
  5. Enter the required information, then click Create.

Destination NameName this destination in GrowthLoop. Use a name so your team recognizes its purpose, like "Criteo Commerce Grid".
Sync FrequencySet the default export frequency (for example, daily or weekly). You can override this setting for individual exports.
Data Provider Account IDYour Commerce Grid data provider account ID.

GrowthLoop validates the connection by listing audience segments for that account. Criteo: Commerce Grid then appears in your list of connected destinations.

Export to Criteo Commerce Grid

From within GrowthLoop, export from an audience or from a journey Destination Node. See Export an audience or Build a journey if you need more information on these steps.

After building or selecting an audience, click Export, then search for Criteo: Commerce Grid. In a journey, add a Destination Node under Ads and select Criteo: Commerce Grid.

Configure the export

This is where you set the campaign type and schedule for audience exports. On a journey Destination Node, you set timing on the journey canvas.

Confirm the export was successful

When the run finishes, confirm you can use the data in Criteo Commerce Grid.

  • Audience export: Open Audiences or your audience segment library and look up the segment named after the export.
  • Journey Destination Node: Open Audiences or your audience segment library and look up the segment named after the export.
